245D Waivered Services

Alfa Care holds a 245D license, offering respite care, homemaker services, Individual Community Living Support (ICLS), Individual Home Supports (IHS) with and without training, as well as night supervision services. With each 245D service, clients have the opportunity to choose a skilled and trustworthy worker tailored to their specific requirements. In the case of IHS with training, a qualified staff member is carefully assigned to the client to ensure their needs are met.

Service Overview

Individualized Home Supports Without Training services provide support, assistance and supervision to adults or children who live in their own homes.

A staff person provides direct supervision, guidance, instruction, assistance with activities of daily living, or assistance with coordinating and attending community living activities.

We have familiarized ourselves with all key compliance requirements outlined in the Community Based Services Manual for Employment Exploration, Employment Development, and Employment Support.
